HIV Self-Test (fingerprick blood)

This kit is suitable for most people, however the following person is not recommended to use it:

  1. Have already been diagnosed with HIV infection in other clinics/ laboratories;
  2. Have already been tested with HIV positive by rapid test in non-governmental organisations;
  3. With fever or other suspected HIV symptoms;
  4. Emotionally unstable because of suspicion of HIV infection;
  5. Having visual impairment which affect the accuracy of result interpretation;
  6. Failure to follow the instructions of using the kit;
  7. Currently taking HIV antiretroviral treatment;
  8. Currently taking HIV Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP);
  9. Currently taking Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention.
